Shipping Policies
Currently we are only shipping to the USA
Thank you for your understanding.
Domestic: The majority of our packages will ship USPS or UPS. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. Once an order has been shipped/given to carrier it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the personal nature of our bath & body products we do not accept returns for any reason, once the product has shipped we have no quality control. Other items may be returned. Shipping is the customer responsibility of returned items and will not be reimbursed. Returned Item must be in the same condition we shipped it in. Once the returned item reaches us, we will inspect it and issue a refund. We will only refund the cost of the returned item & tax paid on that item, minus a $2.00 restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded as it was paid to the carrier.
Our responsibility is to make sure your order is accurate, properly packaged, given a tracking number and delivered to USPS or UPS safely. Once your package reaches USPS or UPS, we have no control over your package. While they are reliable services, packages can go missing, be delivered to the wrong address or even disappear to theft after delivery. We cannot file claims for you. We will do our best to help with the carriers. We will not be able to refund, replace or exchange items from a package that has been carefully packed and delivered to the carrier. Once your package is handed over to the USPS or UPS they take responsibility for it, not us. We can add a signature confirmation to any package, at your request, but there is an additional charge for this service which is paid to the Post Office. We always recommend insurance for your package.
Packages valuing $100 or greater will require additional insurance and a signature confirmation. If you ask to waive these two fees, you must accept full responsibility for said package. We will not issue a refund or replace the items in said package if there is loss or damage during shipping, as we do not have control over what happens to your package.
Multiple orders are combined whenever it is possible to do so.
FPO/APO: We will gladly ship packages to service members and their families.
International Orders: Please be aware that tracking numbers and insurance are not guaranteed once it leaves the United States. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for your package once it is delivered to the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be made for packages that are lost, damaged or claimed to be delivered. Any fees for VAT or Customs are the responsibility of the customer.
We charge a small handling fee with each order to help cover some of the packaging costs.
