At Owl’s Treasures, your safety and comfort are very important to us. Our products are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients, and while we do our best to choose natural, sustainable, and skin-friendly options, everyone’s skin is unique.

• Ingredients & Allergies: Please read all ingredient lists carefully before use, especially if you have sensitivities. We use ingredients such as nut oils, essential oils, botanicals, and natural colorants that may cause reactions for some individuals.

• Patch Test Recommended: If you’re unsure, we suggest doing a small patch test first. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

• Use & Safety: For external use only. Keep products away from eyes, pets, and children. Do not ingest.

• Saponification Process: Our soaps are made with sodium hydroxide (bars) or potassium hydroxide (liquids), but these ingredients are fully processed during soapmaking and are not present in the finished product.

• Fragrance & IFRA Standards: Fragrance and essential oils are used within IFRA-recommended guidelines. Scent perception varies and may feel lighter or stronger depending on the individual.

• Handcrafted Variations: Each batch is handmade and may vary slightly in weight, color, or design—this is part of their charm!

• Returns: Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, all sales are final once shipped.
